I must admit that I have not been reading books for quite some time.. Shame on me.. I went to see my doctor and she raised her eyebrow when she saw my super crazy cholesterol level. She recommended some supplements for me and a book for me to read.. I got this today and hope to finish reading this by end September 2011.. Shame on me again.. 1 month to read?  Well, start slowly.. my little heart said..
